TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2023 By (1) Aloyce Osedo Kisumo and (2) Dominicus Odhiambo Ouko, both of P.O. Box 222, Kadodo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisumo Ouko, who died at Miriu, on 12th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2023 By Ochieng Ellys Horace, of P.O. Box 130, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Onyony Ogeta, who died at Kendu Bay, on 13th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
