TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E430 OF 2022 By Titus Owuor Amuok, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Thomas Amuok, who died at Maranda, on 6th September, 2002. CAUSE NO. E450 OF 2022 By (1) James Henry Owino and (2) Edwin Oduor, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanjom Odinga Odinga, who died at Ajigo Sub-location, on 20th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Peter Odindo Okeno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Okeno Odindo alias Samuel Okeno Odindo, who died at Got Abiero, on 17th March, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
