Box 28, Chebunyo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Keter, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 10th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. 76 OF 2022 By (1) Halima Chebwogen Chesimet and (2) Chelangat Chesimet, both of P.O. Box 426–20210, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Kipkirui Chesimet, who died on 6th March, 2005. CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2022 By (1) Barnaba Kipkoech Yegon and (2) Richard Kiprotich Yegon, both of P.O. Box 223, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ansalim Kibiegon Mitei, who died at Sotik in 1979.
