TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th February, 2023 By (1) Dismas Nyamweya Osano and (2) Thomas Makini Osano, both of P.O. Box 6413–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Marigiri Kebee Osano alias Kiriberito Marigiri alias Marigiri Kebee, who died at Kapsara, on 11th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
