TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Ali Omar, (2) Shadi Omar and (3) Halima Omar, all of P.O. Box 10350–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Omar, who died at Bondeni, on 23rd December, 2020. THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th February, 2023 CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Ali Omar, (2) Shadi Omar and (3) Halima Omar, all of P.O. Box 10350–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dega Jama Mrs. Omari, who died at Gurumesa, on 20th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
