APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) (d) of the
Housing Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public
Works, Housing and Urban Development appoints—
Gerald Kipkoech Rotich (Eng.), Hindu Rashid, Jennifer Wambui, Yassin Haji Hussein, Joshua Odhiambo Nyamori, Bernard Parsaloi Torome, to be members of the Board of Directors of the National Housing
Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 17th
March, 2023.
