THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above part development plans were on 23rd January, 2023, completed. Copies of the plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of the National Director of Physical Planning, 5th Floor, Ardhi House, Nairobi and Office of the County Executive Committee Member, Physical Planning, Isiolo County Government, Isiolo Town. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plans, may within sixty (60) days send the same to the National Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 45025–00100, Nairobi and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 13th March, 2023. AUGUSTINE K.
