Box 49– 00208, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresia Nduta Karanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresia Nduta Karanja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Theresia Nduta Muune, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Theresia Nduta Muune only.
