TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Wanjigu Muthee and (2) Isaac Kamau Muthee, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy George Muthee, who died at Nyandarua, on 10th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By (1) Victor Kuria Kariuki, (2) Jane Njeri Kibunja, (3) Margaret Wanjiku Kariuki and (4) Peter Juma Kuriah Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 22124, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Kuria, who died at Nyahururu, on 27th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2022 By (1) Victor Kuria Kariuki, (2) Jane Njeri Kibunja, (3) Margaret Wanjiku Kariuki and (4) Peter Juma Kuriah Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 22124, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronicah Wairimu Kariuki alias Veronica Wairimu Kariuki, who died at Nyahururu, on 8th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
