TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Chebii Kapketwony and (2) Benard Ruttoh, both of P.O. Box 80, Ndanai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Philip Chepkulul Kapketwony, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 21st September, 2022. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2023 By (1) Eunice Chepkorir Chesimet and (2) Kenneth Kimutai Langat, both of P.O. Box 131, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Chesimet alias Kiplangat arap Chesimet, who died at Chepkolon, on 5th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Isaac Kipkemoi Mutai and (2) Anthony Kipngeno Bett, both of P.O. Box 42, Bomet, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cicilia Chelangat Keiyo, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 24th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
