TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2022 By Josphat Kongo Mulatya, of P.O. Box 85285–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lois Mutethya Kongo, who died at Kali, Matinyani, on 27th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2023 By (1) Jennifer Nabwire and (2) Jack Alushula, both of P.O. Box 92933–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Martin Amanya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
