TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Njeri Kahiu and (2) Simon Ndura Kahiu, both of P.O. Box 1650–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kahiu Munyua, late of Githiga, who died on 4th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2023 By (1) David Thuku Muroki and (2) George Kamau Muroki, both of P.O. Box 280–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muroki Thuku alias Muroki, who died at Karweti Village, Githunguri, on 9th May, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
