TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Waithira Kanyi and (2) Rose Jacinta Warwinu Kanyi, both of P.O. Box 70280–00202, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. Felix Gathuku & Associates, advocates of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keziah Nyambura Kanyi alias Kesiah Nyambura Kanyi, who died along Thika–Murang’a Highway, on 10th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
