TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By Margaret Nairuko Nkoitoi, of P.O. Box 11–20500, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Nguitui alias Rahab Nkoitoi, who died on 9th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Joseph Kiplangat Chebusit, of P.O. Box 77, Amalo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebo Kimanyet Nebo Tiongik, who died on 14th May, 2014. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2022 By Elizabeth Nasieku Koikai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Lesalon Koikai, who died on 10th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
