TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2022 By Stellah Jepngetich Keter, both of P.O. Box 3900-30100, Eldoret, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Boor alias John Kipsondin Boor, who died at Ndubeneti, on 19th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By (1) Sarah Wafula Mukhawala and (2) Emmanuel Luvumbo Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Wafula Mukhawana, who died at Endebess Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
