TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2023 By Thomas Odongo Ouma, of P.O. Box 1–40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Orwa Ouma alias Peter orwa Manyuanda, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd January, 1999. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Zadock Okuku Oluoch, of P.O. Box 657–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshia Otieno Ayany alias Joshiah Otieno Ayany, who died at Komungu, on 23rd June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
