TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E283 OF 2022 By Mary Chelangat Koech, of P.O. Box 46, Kipkelion in Kenya for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimutai Koech, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By Freshiah Njoki Mwangi, of P.O. Box 15, Londiani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kiumba, who died at Gwitu, on 31st May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
