TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2020 By Daniel Rerimoi Cheptorus, of P.O. Box 466–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptorus Cherogony alias Kiptarus Cherogony alias Cheburet Cheptorus alias Cheptarus Cherogony, who died at District Hospital, Kabarnet in Kenya, on 28th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2022 By (1) Salina Maria Chepkokwo and (2) Jacquiline Jepchirchir Ngolenyang, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Jelimo Cheboi, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
