CAUSE NO. 347 OF 2022 By Isaac Kariuki Mwathi, of P.O. Box 79033, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mbugua Mwathi, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2019.
