TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 189 OF 2022 By (1) Dickson Gachucha Wanyoike and (2) Beatrice Nyambura Wanyoike, both of P.O. Box 155, Kigumo in Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Wanyoike Njuguna, who died Kandani Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By (1) Jacinta Wairimu Mbau and (2) Alice Wangechi Mbau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbau Njogu, who died at Kaharati, on 27th August, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
