Box 12, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithesya Kioko Kithii, who died at Ulilinzi, on 2nd March, 2005. E6 OF 2023 By (1) John Wambua Makau and (2) Jonah Sila Makau, both of P.O. Box 30, Emali in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aniselim Mukusu Maithya alias Mukusu Maithya, who died at Mbenuu, Kyemundu, Machakos, on 5th January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
