TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2022 By Ouko Robert Ouko, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeny Gengo, who died at Upper Kanyawegi, on 16th February, 2022. THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th March, 2023 CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Anyango Aganda, (2) Elizabeth Akinyi Otieno and (3) Hellen Awuor Otieno, all of P.O. Box 2104–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakayo Ochuch Okumu alias Ope Okumu, who died at Port Florence Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
