E105 OF 2021 By Philip Onyango Omware, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omware Okwany Oguta alias Cornel Omware Okwany, who died at Konya, on 9th May, 1979. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2022 By (1) Vincent Erique Omondi Kokore and (2) Meshack Detty Otiende, the deceased’s step son and great grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patricia Rachilo Ombete, who died on 24th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2022 By Samson Otieno Munyanja, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achola Minyanja, who died on 20th January 1987. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Erick Ochieng Olang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Olang Awuoth, who died at Kasule, Kisumu, on 31st May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Pamela Atieno Oyugi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Adei Onoka alias Adei Onoka, who died at Chiga Sub-location, on 24th October, 1980. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Perez Achieng Were and (2) Judith Akinyi Ochieng, the deceased’s widow and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Austine Ooyi Nyamori alias Austine Ooyi, who died on 15th November, 2005.
