TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By John Mwangi Mbugua, of P.O. Box 6–20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nduta Kinyanjui, who died at Makutano Day, on 16th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By (1) Magdaline Jepchumba Keror, (2) Francis Kipchir Keror and (3) Darius Kiptisia Keror, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkeror Chepkurui, who died at Ngubereti, on 5th December 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
