TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By (1) Florence Aipa Lopuu and (2) Emmanuel Mukoo Lopuu, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Akalale Ewoi, who died at Lodwar County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2022 By (1) Estheraremon Kiyonga and (2) William Abongon Angella, the deceased’s widow and uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Lolii Angella, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
