TAKE NOTICE that applicationS having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2019 By Lucas Opondo Khamala alias Luke Opondo Khamala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Shiundu Omulama, who died at Shinamwenyuli in 1999. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By Harrison Andunga Muyia, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Anyanga Muiya, who died at Ibokolo in 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
