IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (d) of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— Seth Sindani Panyako, Roba Duba, to be members of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 27th February, 2023.
