TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2023 By Jane Njeri Maina, of P.O. Box 86931-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mains Ndegwa. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By (1) Kiran Rajesh Bhundia, (2) Atul Savji Parmar and (3) Kirti Atul Parmar, the executors of the deceased's will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Vranjkunver Manilal Gohil, who died at Mwembe Tayari, on 13th March, 2022. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2023 By (1) Rophence Mkamburi Odengo and (2) Ian Kibisu Ondego, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Kadenge Ondego alias Alex Kedenge Ondego, who died at Tudor, Mombasa, on 25th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
