TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E781 OF 2021 By Charles Okoth Olulo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anindo Odawa, who died at Kambare, on 3rd December, 1990. CAUSE No. E729 OF 2022 By Grace Adoyo Anyango, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Anyango Onim alias Onyango Onim alias Anyango Onim, who died on 5th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
