TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: K. CHERUIYOT, District Registrar, Kisumu. CAUSE No. E122 OF 2023 By Jackline Mideva Chabila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Kitsillu Eliuba, who died on 1st May, 1998. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2023 By Rosemary Wanjiri Maloba, of P.O. Box 910, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maloba Shireka Mwanza, who died at Indangalasia, on 28th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
