Box 139, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Makhanu, who died at Bungoma in 2004. CAUSE NO. 216 OF 2022 By Janet Nanyama Makokha, of P.O. Box 2574-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mang'ara Nandwoli, who died at Mumias Nursing Home, on 18th December, 1995. CAUSE No. E277 OF 2022 By Edward Walubukho Lumbasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Walubokho Wambasa, who died at Mateka, on 3rd November, 2007. CAUSE No. 330 OF 2022 By Albert Wamalwa Wapangana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wapang'ana Makona alias Wapangana Makona, who died at Kabuchai, on 29th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
