CAUSE No. E98 OF 2022 By Edith Njoki Gichine, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caeser Mwangi Kagwe, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2017. CAUSE No. E92 OF 2022 By Michael Mulinda Wambua, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Nthambi Kamande, who died on 7th July, 2022. CAUSE No. E109 OF 2022 By Patrick John Nkonge, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oscar Mwenda Nkonge alias Mwendwa, who died at Muchatha, Kiambu, on 7th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
