TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2022 By (1) Noah Boleti Wanyonyi and (2) Agnes Naliaka Wanyonyi, both of P.O. Box 3072-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wanyonyi Namukoa, who died at Kwanza, on 8th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 183 OF 2022 By (1) David Waweru Thiongo and (2) Joseph Muhia Thiongo, both of P.O. Box 4047-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiongo Ngomongo Zakayo, who died at District Hospital, Kapsara in Kenya, on 15th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
