CAUSE No. E70 OF 2023 By (I) Tobias Ouma Otigo, (2) Michael Ojowa Otigo and (3) Rose Aoko Amolo, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yunia Akoko Otigo, who died on 6th February, 1994.
