TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E322 OF 2022 By Agnes Jepkoech Kiriana, of P.O. Box 1, Kobujoi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiruana Madeke, who died on 1st September, 1998. CAUSE No. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Martin Kipkoech Tuikong, (2) David Kipkemboi Tuikong, (3) Julia Chematia Rotich and (4) Sammy Kiplimo Bartocho, all of P.O. Box 1315, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milcah Jebet Rotich, who died on 13th November, 2019. CAUSE No. E83 OF 2023 By (1) Rosy Chepkoech Korir and (2) Margaret Chepkoech Biegon, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Kiplagat Korir, who died on 20th September, 2022.
