TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E156 OF 2022 By (1) Peninah Nyabwari Sangara and (2) Thandeus Sangara, both of P.O. Box 408-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paths Sangara, who died at Nyaura Sub-location, on 12th March, 1971. CAUSE No. E380 OF 2022 By (1) Ochora Dorican Moturi and (2) Samwel Ombati Wycliffe, both of P.O. Box 73, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Ogenche Omari, who died at Nyataro, on 26th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
