TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 136 OF 2022 By Abdalla Ali Abdalla, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sefu Ali Abdalla, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Abdi Elema Ali and (2) Hawo Mohamed Songolo, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Ali Abdulai, who died at Care Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
