TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E25I OF 2022 By Njoroge Gathiaka, of P.O. Box 5-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndegwa Makimi, who died at Nderu, Makutano, on 22nd July, 2004. CAUSE No. E298 OF 2022 By (I) Peter Ng'ang'a Ngugi and (2) Lilian Njeri Ng'ang'a, both of P.O. Box 5746, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Wangari Ngugi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
