CAUSE No. E46 OF 2023 By (1) Catherine Njeri Kariuki and (2) Stephen Maina Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 322-10202, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Wallace Chege alias James Kariuki W. Chege alias Chege James Kariuki Wallace alias James K. W. Chege, who died at Kiriaini M. Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd December, 2022.
