TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1 OF 2022 By Pauline Wambui Muigai, of P.O. Box 1790-00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muigai Kiongo alias Peter Kiongo Muigai alias Kiongo PM, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 2021. CAUSE No. E24 OF 2023 By Martha Wambui Wangari, of P.O. Box 329-00206, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wangari Mukirai, who died at Dagoretti, on 18th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
