Box 201-80300, Voi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mlawasi Mwakisima, who died at District Hospital, Moi in Kenya, on 15th July, 2011. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2023 By Beatrice Kivunga Mwalugha, of P.O. Box Private Bag, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwamburi Mwachia, who died at Shigharo, on 18th December, 2015. Box 23, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadeghe Nyambu alias Said Kadeghe Nyambu, who died at Mwatate, on 22nd July, 1976. CAUSE No. E8 OF 2023 By Edward Mwalwandu, of P.O. Box 1303-80304, Voi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Mwalwandu Mwakaba, who died at Mlethi, on 11th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
