TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: D. WANGECI, District Registrar, Wundanyi. CAUSE No. E250 OF 2022 By Wycliffe Ashitakaya Sakwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saul Sakwa Wesaya alias Sakwa Wesaya Wekondi, who died at Kakamega Hospital in Kenya in 1987. CAUSE No. E66 OF 2023 By (1) Everlyn Nyangasa Otiala and (2) Kiladis Kangu Ongoma, the deceased's daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongoma Makunda Nasengo, who died at Lunza in 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
