Box 99, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ansent Mangare Ngiracha alias Ansent Mangare, who died at Isebania Sub- location, on 25th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E15 of 2023 By Thomas Moruri Nyanchoka, of P.O. Box 31, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanjoka Mitonda, who died on 12th April, 1982. CAUSE No. E16 OF 2023 By (1) Sophia Mohochi Chacha and (2) Kizito Chacha Mwita, both of P.O. Box 19, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Morai Mangenyi alias John Mangenyi Morai, who died at Kehancha Sub-location, on 29th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
