TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th April, 2023 CAUSE No. E30 OF 2023 By (1) Sidi Mwaringa Kirao, (2) Christine Bahati 1Catana, (3) Esther Katana Karim, (4) Ruth Nyevu Mvvarandu, (5) Mariamu Katana Karisa and (6) Tabitha Julius Karisa, the deceased's daughters and daughters-in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Karisa Kombe, who died at Mtondia, Kilifi, on 13th February, 1991. CAUSE No. E41 OF 2023 By Ruth Kahindi Kasiwa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Jonathan Kabincli, who died at Mtondiai, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this reSOect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
