TAKE NOTICE that atitilicitions having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 133 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Wambui Kibaki and (2) Dominic Wambui Kibaki, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kibaki Kiguku, who died at Kiaibabu, on 23rd May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2023 By SamuelKarattja Mbugua, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbugua Muhinja, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice hi the kenya Gazette.
