TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E76 of 2023 By Onesmus Gichuru Kabuga, of P.O. Box 91-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wamuyu Kabuga alias Elizabeth Wamuyu, who died on 16th July, 1998. CAUSE No. E81 OF 2023 By (1) Thomas Kimiti Mukuha and (2) Daniel Mithamo Mukuha, both of P.O. Box 141, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Gathigia Mukuha alias Mukuha Margaret Gathigia, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
