Box 107, Kikima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kaboi Ndeto alias Daniel Kavoi Ndeto, who died at Kind David Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2021. Box 51, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mule Mboka Ndonye, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2023 By (1) Dominic Kaboi Monyi and (2) Musyoka Monyi, both of P.O. Box 380-90100, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monyi Kiithya, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
