Box 373-90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Kituma Nzioka, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2018. CAUSE No. E67 OF 2022 By Gerald Ndolo Kalata, of P.O. Box 222-90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bishop Urbanus Joseph Kioko, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
