TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made, in this court in: CAUSE No. E103 OF 2022 By Herman Muzozo Machafu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Machafu Lihanda alias David Machafu, who died at Makuchi Sub-location, on 21st February, 1974. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2023 By Leah Makungu Ambasa, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Mgatsia Ambasa , who died at Gasianga Sub-location, on 23rd April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
