TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E417 OF 2022 By Hellen Atieno Ogendo, of P.O. Box 17-40132, Rabuor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Akinyi Ogendo, who died at Jalaram, on 19th April, 2018. CAUSE No. E434 OF 2022 By Alice Pamela Aluoch Onyango, of P.O. Box 93, Ahero in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Okal Onyango alias Elly Jecton Onyango Okal, who died at Kombura Sub- location, on 30th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
